@Musicappreciator7 I didn't even ask. I just told her I was taking paracetamol and she didn't suggest anything more.

At mum's suggestion, I called the clinic & asked reception if the doctor might be able to prescribe something without another appointment, but they said no. I can't book another appointment until Thursday & I'm seeing her on Friday so it hardly seems worth it.

However I can call tomorrow morning to see if any of the doctors have cancellations, so I'll do that.

It's also possible that the dentist tomorrow could prescribe stronger painkillers.

And mum suggested I should try aspro clear extra strength, which I hadn't considered. So I'll try to get out to the supermarket later today & get some of those
