Megan Lynch (she/her)My interrupted good time yesterday made me weak at the grocery store today: got Trader Joe's take-and-bake croissants. Because of AC, the trailer is too cool for them to rise soon enough, so I took the risk of putting the oven outside backwards, without reflectors to warm up the dough.
As you can see, the butter melted too fast. So now I've turned the SOS Sport Oven around, put the reflectors on, and am trying to bake them.
My impatience will make them less than ideal.
