    @sun@shitposter.world honestly i feel like just paying off a house will be "retirement" for my generation because base living expenses will be way lower compared to now once that happens
    i feel like your options open up a lot more once that happens, you can just do some small stuff on the side and break even vs needing to pay a ton of money every month to landlor
