@bobbala @Xenophon @cjd Not everybody. Everybody in an occupation. AKA prevailing wage. Unions have the exact same thing if you're not in a right to work state, and I tend to support the policy. The good welders still ends up getting the choice jobs and earning MUCH more despite prevailing wage.
