- Embed this notice@Tony yeah its fucked. things tend to look the same here because yknow, the whole communism thing, but the thing is like, thats fine because they're genuinelly great apartments. i used to live in a kruschovka and it was genuinelly a great place to live. sure its cheap as fuck but like, the concrete helps hold heat super well and you can barely here neighbours if you ever do, the layout and shit is just enough to be cozy and not depressingly compact while you dont take up too much space (and society is more communal around these buildings anyways so is chill), often basements and communal garages, and they can be placed in areas thats otherwise a ton of fields, its super nice. like think of the states, usually an apartment builidng is more urban soulless depressing shit, here its like, contrasted very well to nature at times, not in the cities and stuff ofc but in many areas being able to step out of this little apartment building into just fields, that you can accesss exactly because your compactness allows you to AVOID those suburban sprawls? is just an amazing feeling to be quite honest. even my depressing ghetto ass courtyard is better than some concrete lot yknow
