Phil in SF@joy there's at least 3 transitional housing places within 100 feet. a few SROs too, and 4 or 5 places that provide various services. all very understaffed. and there's precious few people on the street itself providing services. for instance, the contract for Urban Alchemy only stations their people to the corner of 6th and Stephenson.
