- Embed this noticeI'm starting to suspect that steady state cardio gets a bad reputation because the critics get scared of how hard this hits. As for me, I've been feeling a whole lot better and tougher since taking up jogging again.
Seriously, Gilmore is right - there's no trick, there's no easy way, you just go out and do it. As a result, my Karate has improved, my knees feel stronger, everything is just *better.*
