@BowsacNoodle Thanks! Ah, interesting - Well, I haven't trimmed w/ that in mind, although I've removed any shoots that weren't producing a bunch. My plan was to let it grow along two something-like-6ft-spans this year; pick the strongest-looking shoots; trim to only those and let them grow woody; then finally keep it that size and focus on whatever produces the strongest bunches. Sounds like that may work?, although I'll have to get specific on what you're talking about once I've established the basic form.
