    Nobody would be letting that slide. I think the only reason why not is if a lawsuit happened Filian could just change models, meaning damages could not make up the cost for lawyers to deal with it. Still I would have put her on notice if they really didn't want Filian to do this. If Filian continued to merchandise after a public statement not only would she look bad but companies wouldn't want to deal with the potential copyright infringement. There you protected your rights without major money lawyer involvement.
