Mark Bryant@ryanc Yikes! Well that's news to me. I did a little digging and found this. Seems it's a restaurant by restaurant choice. The article is 2 years old. Not sure what method is "winning." Glad is wasn't like that at Sharp's in SeaTac. Highly recommend if you're into roasted meat. It's right outside the Airport across the street from the Doubletree hotel.
