Mark Bryant@ryanc was in SeaTac in April and saw no such. Are you in a group that exceeds half a dozen or so? That's the only time I see mandatory charges like that. It's typically listed at the bottom of the menu in fine print and should also be in the dinner bill you get before giving your payment. It's supposed to replace the tip at that point. I still leave something on the table. 10% is gracious.
