The only concern is getting admitted later other than emergency (where they have to take you). Kaiser is really an all in one, though broken into three corps (hospital, medical group, insurer). They'd have problems if they didn't admit after non-payment, plus I was about to switch insurers because kaiser is shit, so I didn't give a fuck. Plus, I made a fair offer, so no guilt here.
