JoanBCatWoman@CloudyMrs @Wen Definitely should be more localised, public services. Friend in Orkney had to travel to Central Belt for cataract op. Return plane journey and 3 nights away from home adding to stress and discomfort. Don't know how less-abled people on islands manage.
