@deprecated_ii its everyones hiring process, interviews are a filter for conman, resumes are rapidly approaching that as well. Add in civil right law being actively misapplied for racial quotas and not something autistic but real like hiring by iq test. Theres a perfect storm of terrible design of whats already a hard problem, knowing who to trust and who's competent when you have maybe an hour to learn.
