@Jagahati To give them benefit they may have posted it for storytime/make believe hour in class. Either way, "prescribing" the death penalty isn't too far from a child's rationale of thinking if I destroy/throw something away it's gone or never happened, when the crime which left a real victim, absolutely exists. You could make the case for imprisoning for life among the worst of the worst (like a pedo) is worse bc the inmates will endlessly pummel, torture or kill him unless he kills himself.
