Normie bugmanism is worse for civilization than being a sperglord, but it shows you're capable of reading social signals and that's "good" from a fitness perspective. It hides people who are weak and incapable. Opposite of this is full rejection of "normie" life, which already shows red flags for social signals and can hide the socially incapable in it. So yeah, I think people should learn how to be normal and be normal when appropriate, but I also think the problem of women is real.
