It's intubating and extubating, establishing vascular access, placing arterial or central lines, placing epidural catheters (childbirth), and knowing how to run drips and stop catastrophic situations before they occur. An AI can't handle that, you would need a literal android/cyborg/ replicant.
Radiology is the first MD specialty I am inclined to worry about
