When I said "organise," I wasn't at all referring to party political "representative democracy" in the hierarchy of the state - you're right, the socialists have been scuppered and sabotaged everywhere eventually (usually by "liberal" "centrists," funnily enough). No, we have to organise as communities, and avoid expending energy in doomed "get out the vote" drives to choose a different captain on a sinking ship. We're running out of time.
