Like those giant cans of pickled carrots and jalapenos from that image? Those things are excellent, and I'm pretty sure that same brand is what literally every taco truck and Mexican restaurant uses. (The giant can may seem like a great idea but unless you are prepared to move it to another resealable container, 2lbs. of pickled jalapenos is a pretty big commitment.)
