@splitshockvirus A620 has fewer and slower USB ports, plus I seem to remember the boards only support PCIe 3 but don't quote me on that.
Regarding power delivery, all A620 boards I've seen have fucking awful Vcore regulators which also have no heatsink most of the time. The meta board for cost effectiveness is the ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2, and that's the bare minimum I'd consider.
Personally I went with a B650E board because I want PCIe 5.
