I know the concept of "ecumenism" has a very negative connotation in most traditional circles—Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox alike— but I don't like seeing the worst types of bad faith misrepresentation of other Christians. We have a real common enemy. We don't have to pretend that we fully agree with one another, but it generally pushes agnostic and non-churchgoers away when they see people flinging 💩 at each other over bad faith takes.
