    @sun@shitposter.world @istvan@noauthority.social IMO they are a cope. I'm calling it in 20 years max, people will finally admit that maybe filling cars with a million Chinese batteries that will lose charge over time is not a real solution. Also it does promote even more exploitation of the Congo. Which has been the target of resource gathering for advanced countries for centuries now. Not like we weren't already doing this, the demand for even more rare earth minerals is def going to cause more of this.
