RoboftheVolcano@Richard @dictatordave @djsumdog @Killer_Mule @Soretski I think the housing crash will be regional. They are acting like 7.5% is impossible to pay. My first mortgage in the 80s was 10.25%. anyone who has a loan under 5% is not moving unless they absolutely have to move.
