    Following your Climate Change thread; look at Gaza, a 2.5 million population that even before this latest calamity are totally dependent on the rest of the world in supporting them.

    A population that does not produce anything they desperately need for basic survival. Potable water, a sewage system, energy, food, housing. A mere subsistence existence.

    I don't see a solution for that.
