When it was 80-90 cents per gallon you could easily buy cars that got 40-50 mpg &amp; trucks that got 20+ mpg.  Now that it is $5-$6 per gallon, you are lucky to find something that gets 20+ mpg.</p><p>If you want an EV, it is impossible to find small ones (where are the EV subcompacts &amp; mini trucks?).
