By definition if it has "Satanic" in the name, it's based on Abrahamic superstitions. No one else believes in that mythological character. It doesn't really matter if other people are buying into the narrative or not (eg. the MSM opportunistically trumpeting it for viewers/ratings), that's the fact of the matter. Even if it were a real thing, the people doing it would be followers of Abrahamic religion, not anything else.
