Sometimes I can't stand people to such a degree that I consider just spending all my time alone. Then I remember that sometimes I'm one of the people I can't stand.

THAT is when it's time to remember "standing people" is not so important. Things happen, then other things happen. The circumstance that bothered me didn't bother others, so it's not the circumstance, it's me.

Slack is what matters. Slack as spitting rage or a quiet laugh. Just get on with things.

New Year Resolutions, actions that you will start on January 1st, can be good. Might I propose the inverse.

Today is a good day to start thinking about actions that you will stop on January 1st. Possessions you will no longer carry about, worries and angers that you will set down and not pick up again, behaviors that had their function and fun but have overstayed their welcome.

Buying something new costs money. Giving it away is free. You can afford free.

Don't take that stuff into next year!

I think there are usually tons of conspiracies in play at all times, but most of them fail. Then one gets through and it seems well designed, when in part maybe it was just accident.

It's like an animal species that endures when other animal species die out - it sure looks like it was "intelligently designed" but really it was just the other ones dying out.

This is in stark contrast to THE CONSPIRACY as identified by The Church of the SubGenius. THAT IS REAL.
