The customer in this case made actual threats against this bakery or whatever. Now the Feebs are hassling Candle Guy. My, non-lawyer, understanding is that non-specific threats are legal but this is pretty far out there given the situation today. I'm not sure this was a profitable business plan. Especially since no lawyer will take his case. Having the law on your side isn't enough. Be smart.
