Mrs Cloudy@radiojammor the departments seem to be on hold until they know what's happening. Funding for the 24/25 financial year was just being confirmed. Some were finalised just before the melt down. Others seem to be sitting in limbo. We're into May, so that makes it hard for orgs working year to year to know how long they can keep staff before putting them on redundancy notice.
