@ramsey @thomasfuchs The IHRA definition does include criticism of the Israeli state as part of antisemitism. We just went through this exercise in Florida and the bill on antisemitism was amended to use the Jerusalem Declaration on antisemitism, which preserves the ability to criticize Israel, on first amendment grounds.

But hey, who cares about the constitution.
