Graham Sutherland / Polynomial@djsundog @outie @mcc I genuinely think we ought to ban use of bright blue LEDs like that in outdoor illumination products. there's a house not far from me that, for some unfathomable reason, has two retina-searing bright blue lamps on their gate posts, right on a busy main road. at night it's horrible, especially when combined with the low CRI LED street lamps that cast weird blocky shadows due to the grid of emitters they use.
