Ehler@NanoRaptor I don’t think an employer is entitled to one’s best, most driven work – but it is the responsibility of teachers to draw that work out. A teacher doesn’t gain more profit from a student showing exceptional work – they get to then help the student refine that kind of work rather than work at the level of checking boxes.
