Jason Molenda@mario a little surprised the derailleur needed replacing but not surprised by the rest, riding in UK weather is rough on the drivetrain. I usually only get max 10000km on my 11 speed chains and if you keep riding on a chain as it elongates/stretches, it wears down all the cogs on the cassette and the chainrings on the front. And that’s not taking exposure to water into account.
