@DMA @mackya @KittyTantrum All the old "family tradition" bake shops I've been to that I can recall had male bakers.

Another friend of mein here bakes exceptionally well. AND does all the cooking at his house. I have heard from him that it goes leik:
"Jim, do you want a grilled cheese sandwich? GREAT! Make me one, too! Thanks!"

My wife and I share cooking duties, and as you say, >< 60% of my cooking is outside. She does the inside stuff mostly, and ALL the baking. I typically gain an extra 10-12 pounds at Christmas because she'll bake 3-4 days straight.
