No version of the GPL has any terms of the sort - the freedom hater is making things up (what a surprise).
It proceeds to pretend that the Lesser GPL's are completely different licenses, when they're the same terms of the ordinary GPL version, except with exceptions allowing linking with proprietary software, but carefully arranged so that the library itself remains free.
There are many different BSD licenses, with different terms, although most of them require retaining the license and attribution, rather than nothing.
The freest license in this context is the GPLv3, as it expressly states that it doesn't attempt to restrict things that would otherwise be allowed under copyright law and a temporary loan of that sort doesn't actually require copyright permission, as it doesn't qualify as distribution.
