- Embed this notice@af2 @shortstories well, there was a supreme court case about this, where (iirc) you can have private land but if it is a public space, like a sidewalk in front of a business, you can't regulate speech on it even if it is your land.
The problem is social media is ultimately a compact between a private company and the public. Rules about discourse need to be clear and concise, and it's been proven that they aren't capable of setting these rules.
