During this time they threw out their Torah (taken over by Christians because it showed the coming of Jesus) and their Second Temple Era literature (also showed the coming of Jesus) and came up with the Talmud (calls Jesus a sorcerer that is currently being boiled alive in excrement in Hell)
Christianity from the very beginning and onwards wrote against following these Jewish sects, like Justin Martyr's Dialogue with Trypho and John Chrysostom's homilies Against Jews, warning that they were the killers of Christ -- a title the Jews proudly took on as they continued railing against Christ and Christians, setting themselves up to be the subversive anti-Christian weirdos we all deal with to this day
