I agree completely about the frustration of e-scooters blocking access for pedestrians and cyclists — especially for people with disabilities who will have difficulty navigating around them, but not only for them. It pisses me off.

Per the cartoon in the OP, next time I see that, I’m going to take a step back and consider all the space set aside for cars in the same light.
