Please note that that doesn't affect the point, however--which is that Christ doesn't have a father by the flesh nor exactly siblings by that father, while Isaac does--a clear brother by Abraham himself--yet both are called (what is translated as) "only begotten".
The translation is good enough literally, but obviously there is more meaning than "only kid I ever had I tell you wut"
