    As @Ruth_Mottram points out, the answer to your question depends heavily on the used definition of the ‘tipping point’ term.
    It is indeed true that in the latest assessment of tipping points, the Global Tipping Points Report 2023, Arctic sea ice is not considered to be a tipping system.
