This is about a 16 year old nonbinary kid, who was beaten by 3 girls in a school restroom, and ultimately DIED of their injuries the next day. It wasn't a school fight, and they didn't "get into an altercation" - they were KILLED for standing up for a trans friend in a state with normalized queer phobia as POLICY. This is the AP story, which means DOZENS of "liberal" papers ran it JUST like this.
