    Nope. Again in other words:

    <1mb audio upload works

    >2mb audio upload fails:

    It goes to full upload but at end gives 422 error about building thumbnail (never seen this before - if it was upload limit like before it would probably say like it did before)

    I also tested with media that does or doesn't have it's own thumbnail and both fail / give 422 anyway and various sizes - only tiny sizes work and even show thumbnail
