@stormbringer @gucciloafers @Zoomerman88 I too have met a smart black man. He was from equatorial Africa, and was in a calculus class with me. Whenever I asked him about his home country, he described it as being like hell, and proceeded to tell me about necklacing. Presumably he was the smartest kid in his entire area, and used it to get the hell out of there. You're just seeing the outliers and thinking they're the average.
