     @stormbringer @Zoomerman88 On a population-level, it very much is. You can keep coping with Soviet-tier Lysenkoism on this and think they can somehow increase it by doing things, but that's not reality. They are not equal to us in ability on a macro scale, and that's why you're seeing these massive failures even though they have far more resources allocated to try to "make them equal."

     @gucciloafers @Zoomerman88 didn't need any of those policies in the 30's, 40's etc. and despite rampant racism, they did often better than the majority simply because they had a higher rate of stable nuclear families.

     @stormbringer @gucciloafers @Zoomerman88 I too have met a smart black man. He was from equatorial Africa, and was in a calculus class with me. Whenever I asked him about his home country, he described it as being like hell, and proceeded to tell me about necklacing. Presumably he was the smartest kid in his entire area, and used it to get the hell out of there. You're just seeing the outliers and thinking they're the average.

     @stormbringer @Zoomerman88 How do you know it's not just largely the fact that the country is now minority white in these demographics and you can't change the genes and what that means for the end outcomes here. No amount of money for dem programs and schooling is going to make a population with an 80-something IQ and low impulse control perform as well as a population with 100-something IQ and much better impulse control.
