There are things I do not agree with Rome on, such as the concepts of leaving communion with Rome as damnable. Christ gave His Apostles the ability to remit/retain sins, but apostolic succession is not unique to Rome and never was. Nor is the concept of direct prayer to God for repentance a foreign concept, as we see with the Publican vs Pharisee parable.
