wb x64@acsawdey @emilygorcenski also if water leaks are a concern, leak alarms are about $15-30 online. I got a pack of IoT ones for under $50. Apparently water leaks are one of the most common and expensive forms of damage so it makes sense to get these along with smoke detectors etc
