Potch@anildash @lmorchard yeah I just keep thinking that the fundamental "push" nature of ActivityPub is a massive barrier to entry- and I think that's fine! I just wonder if there's room for a separate (and as you suggest, bridge-able!) feed-based world that has builds on the same Activity Feeds standards but a much, *much* lower barrier to publisher entry, because it's fetch-based. ActivitySub if you will.
