@WarnerCrocker Three in a day is scary. If they haven’t checked your BP while standing, check that. I used to try to calm myself through attacks, and that is not the right choice when standing BP is low. Ok, I’m going to pull back before armchair diagnosing you, but I have to let you know, if you do any type of imaging with contrast agent, you need a lot of mineralized water to plump your veins and flush it out.
