So which sovereign state is the authority that enacted this law that Palestine is bound to that you cite they are violating?
Laws are enacted by governing bodies. International law is enacted by either a governing body (such as the EU) enacting it, in which case the countries that are members are beholden to it, or via treaty. You are claiming Palestine is in violation of international law. So what governing body are they a part of where they violate said law? Or which treaty did they sign which has such law in it?
