New Zealand has gigabit fibre to the home in every village with more than ~60 houses
1000/500Mbps. In towns and cities, 8Gbit. But the most common plan is 300Mbps because it's ~20% cheaper than gigabit.
The other 5% of the county has fixed 4G internet, some places use satellite.
They took down the copper network in my street about two years ago. The 300Mbit internet is €39/month. I could be cheaper, but everything is expensive on an island.
